Health and Fitness Philosophy

Every body is unique and incredible. We should celebrate the diversity of the human form and keep this in mind when it comes to health and fitness-there is no one size fits all.

I believe exercise can be empowering and uplifting, and that fitness is for everyone. 

I recognize that fitness is, for many people, an unpleasant necessity or a regular chore. My philosophy is to find joy in exercise and to find powerful motivation for each workout. You won’t find any gimmicky workouts to “blast fat fast” or “shred pounds” here. You will not hear any language telling you to work out as a form of punishment. Instead, you will find workouts designed to improve overall health while building strength, stamina, and confidence-and hopefully have a good time doing so. Especially since there is a cute golden retriever involved.
